The Red Hat Ladies, Ferncliff, Colorado, October 6, 2007.

I was exploring the road to tiny Ferncliff Colorado and came across these two charming women. They were all dressed up for a meeting of the “Red Hat Ladies”. I asked if I could take a picture and they happily agreed. They told me when they were teenagers they would both crawl out their bedroom windows late at night and get into innocent mischief together. Decades later they are still the best of friends.
