Autumn comes early in Denali National Park. We were in a bus on the park road when I pointed my camera out the window and grabbed this picture.

This is part of my fall color series. My original plan was to begin with a photo taken in Colorado in September, but I decided to add Alaska to this series. Autumn starts earlier in Alaska than the rest of the U.S.

If you have a chance to go to Denali National Park, don’t miss it. If you can arrange it, I highly recommend going in late August or early September.
