Every time we visit our grandson, he wants to play with my Canon 10D. I hold the camera for him while he pushes the buttons (he loves buttons and “buttons” is one of his favorite words). He turns the flash on and off, pushes the shutter button, but most of all he likes to scroll through the pictures and watch them on the LCD. And yes, he does know which buttons to push and which wheel to turn to do all of this.
When we showed up for Easter dinner yesterday, he was ready to show off his new camera. He pushes the shutter button and waits for the picture to show up on the LCD. As you can see from the photo above, he gets his fingers in a lot of the pictures. Another budding photographer in the family!
You can see more pictures of Drew and his new baby brother Ryan at my son’s website, by scrolling through my ImageEvent albums, and in the Family section of my photography website.
