I love fall. It is my favorite season of Year.

Fall officially began in the northern hemisphere at 1:19 pm CDT. That is when the sun (from our point of view) crossed the Celestial Equator, an imaginary circle in the sky directly above Earth’s equator. The sun will be over Earth’s Southern Hemisphere until the first day of spring in the Northern Hemisphere.

Several years ago I went through my “favorite photos” folder and picked out all of the nature and landscape photos. Then I sorted them by month and by season. As you can see, I take more nature photos in the fall than in any other season.
