Photo by Charles Porter IV.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Today is a terrible anniversary.  On April 19, 1995, Timothy McVeigh&#8217;s truck bomb exploded outside the Alfred P. Murrah Federal Building in Oklahoma City, killing 168 men, women, and children.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>Charles (Chuck) Porter, an amateur photographer, was working in the loan department in Liberty Bank when he heard the terrible explosion. He went to the trunk of his car, grabbed his camera, and rushed to the scene. Out of the corner of his eye he saw a police officer hand something to a firefighter. \u201cI didn\u2019t know what he was carrying,\u201d Porter said. \u201cThe next frame I took was the fireman holding this infant.\u201d It was one year old Baylee Almon.
