On a fine, chilly winter day with slightly diffused sunlight, I found this Cardinal in the snow. <\/p>\n\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>White snow is a recipe for under-exposing images, so adding some plus (+) exposure compensation is the way to make sure the image isn&#8217;t too dark. I added about 1 1\/3 stops of plus exposure compensation for this image.<\/p>\n<p><em>Photo Data: Canon 7D Mark II.
