Sneffels, San Juan Mountains, Southwest Colorado. May 2, 2011.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>On my way home from southern Utah I stopped to photograph one of my most favorite mountains. Mt. Sneffels is one of the most photographed mountains in Colorado, and justly so.\u00c2\u00a0I have used this spot on several locations in the morning and also in the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.blog.jimdoty.com\/?p=21102\">middle of the night<\/a>. A number of professional photographers and lots of amateurs have used this well known location. It is 6 miles west of Ridgway Colorado on CO Highway 62.
