April 10, 2010.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I have two favorite photos for this date, one from a conference, and the other from an art exhibit and auction.<\/p>\n\n\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Community of Christ has its World Conference every two or three years in Independence Missouri. Elected delegates come to vote on important matters. I am usually one of the official staff photographers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Tahitian Choir sang at one of the evening worship services and I captured this image of a few people in the choir toward the end of the service. I especially like the girl&#8217;s face. This is one of my two most favorite images for April 10. Click to see a larger image.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Stivers School for the Arts in Dayton Ohio invited me to submit a piece for their annual photography exhibit and fund raising auction. I did, and I went to the auction at the end of the exhibit and had a great time.
