Here are my favorite photos for the month of October. The story behind this “favorite photos by date” project is here<\/a>.<\/p>\n

As you can see, two-thirds of the October photos are nature and landscape images. This is not surprising. Fall is my favorite time of year to be outside taking pictures. I take more nature photography pictures in October<\/a> than any other month of the year. The rest of my October photos are a mix of portraits and casual photos of people, plus two sports images.<\/p>\n
