Iraq<br \/>\n2.  Somalia<br \/>\n3.  Philippines<br \/>\n4.  Sri Lanka<br \/>\n5.  Colombia<br \/>\n6.  Afghanistan<br \/>\n7.  Nepal<br \/>\n8.  Mexico<br \/>\n9.  Russia<br \/>\n10.  Pakistan<br \/>\n11.  Bangladesh<br \/>\n12.  Brazil<br \/>\n13. They also added Libya to the list due to recent events there.
