It will do many of the things an incident light meter will do at a fraction of the cost, and some things a incident light meter can&#8217;t do.<\/p>\n<p>If you want to simplify your metering life, get better exposures, save money, hone your subject tonality skills, and set the white balance on your digital camera more accurately, a gray card will do it, and you can buy a pair of 8&#215;10 gray cards for about $12.
